How shipping is calculated
We use carrier-calculated shipping rates provided by our production partners, based on the size, destination, and fulfilment location of each item.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the products in your basket and your delivery address, ensuring fair and transparent pricing.
Currency
Our store is based in the UK and our base currency is GBP (£).
Where available, prices may display in your local currency for convenience — but checkout will always show the final amount before you pay.
Order processing times
We work with trusted print-on-demand partners.
Depending on your location, items may be produced and shipped from the UK, EU, USA or other regional fulfilment centres.
- This helps keep shipping costs lower, speeds up delivery, and reduces the environmental footprint of long-distance shipping.
- Production time: 2–5 working days (before shipping begins)
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Sometimes bundle orders may arrive in more than one parcel if different items are produced in different partner facilities

• United States: 2–7 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days
If your order is produced and shipped from a fulfilment partner within your region, delivery may be faster.
These are estimates only. Delays can happen due to customs, local postal services, strikes or busy seasonal periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Your delivery address
- The weight / number of items in your order
- The shipping method you choose (where options are available)
From time to time we may run free-shipping or reduced-shipping promotions. If an offer is available, it will be clearly shown at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes (outside the UK)
For orders shipped outside the UK, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and can’t predict if or when they will be applied.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
- Confirmation of what’s been sent
- A tracking link (where available), or
- A reference number for your local postal service
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out via the Contact Us page with your order number.
Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us or our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:
- Offer to resend the parcel once the address is corrected (additional shipping cost may apply), or
- Refund the order minus original shipping costs (for non-customised items, where resale is possible)
Lost or severely delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum estimated timeframe:
- UK: more than 14 business days from dispatch
- International: more than 28 business days from dispatch
