Licensed Merchandise & Authenticity

What “licensed merchandise” means

All of the products on ClassicBargain™ feature officially licensed artwork, logos or imagery connected to bands, artists, films, TV shows or other creative works. “Licensed merchandise” simply means the designs are approved by the rights-holders, and the correct royalties are paid.

That means:

  • The design is used with permission from the rights-holder, either directly or via an approved supplier.
  • Royalties or licence fees are paid so that the creators (or their estates/owners) get their fair share.
  • You’re buying something that respects the work and ownership of the people who made the music and culture we love.

How we work with licences

  • We partner with trusted fulfilment and licensing suppliers who specialise in official merchandise.
  • Where an item is licensed, it will be clearly described as such on the product page.
  • In some cases there may be official tags, labels or packaging from the licence partner when your order arrives.

Alongside licensed merchandise, you’ll also find completely original ClassicBargain™ designs inspired by record-shop  culture. These are our own original designs —and not connected to any particular artist or label, and not based on, or copying, any official logos.

Why it matters

We’re building ClassicBargain for people who genuinely care about music and culture.

Paying for proper licences means:

  • Artists and rights-holders are recognised and paid
  • We can keep offering designs without takedowns or copyright issues
  • You can buy with confidence, knowing you’re not supporting bootlegs

Questions about a specific design?

If you’re a rights-holder, or you have a question about how a particular product is licensed, please contact us via the Contact Us page with:

  • The product name and URL
  • Any relevant details about your rights in the work

We’ll review and respond as quickly as possible.
